Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all components like power adapters and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
